New Jersey lawmakers have approved a bill raising the smoking age to 21, and now awaits Gov. Chris Christie's signature.

So far, there is no news whether Gov. Christie will sign the bill which plans to fine retailers $1,000 if they sell to those younger than 21. But underage smokers will not be punished.

Other states have already proposed raising the smoking age, and it's already been raised to 21 in New York City.

What do you think?
