The Daily Mail of London reports the girl weighed in at just under five pounds; she was born about a month prematurely although there is some question as to the baby's true due date. The baby's name will begin with a "K" if Kim follows through on comments she made to friends and family in the days leading to the baby's birth. Kim, a prolific Twitter user with nearly 18 million followers, has not tweeted about the birth yet. TMZ reports Kardashian gave birth at Cedbars-Sinai Medical Center via natural delivery. "Kim had her baby," reports Us. "She's five weeks early. Kim got sick last night and had the baby early. They're all doing great and amazing!" ritain's Daily Mail, which first reported her as being in labor, reports the baby's father, Kanye West, is by her side in the hospital. Earlier this week, Star magazine reported that West had cheated on Kardashian last October while he performed in Atlantic City, an allegation dismissed by both. He also announced Kim's pregnancy on stage in Atlantic City in December. MTV says Kim previously said she would not allow cameras in the delivery room. "I'm going to keep that private," she said. Karsashian is also likely to take some time away from the spotlight. "I'm hoping to take some time off. And just focus on that and not really work as much for a little bit" she told MTV.
