Matt Sandusky, the adopted son of ex Penn State assistant head football coach Jerry Sandusky, has released a statement claiming that his father abused him as a child.

According to Yahoo!, a statement was read by Anderew Shubin, the lawer of Matt Sandusky, "During the trial, Matt Sandusky contacted us and requested our advice and assistance in arranging a meeting with prosecutors to disclose for the first time in this case that he is a victim of Jerry Sandusky's abuse. At Matt's request, we immediately arranged a meeting between him and the prosecutors and investigators."

It should be noted that Matt has defended his adopted Father, up to this point.  Matt is one of six adopted children.
