Is Lindsay Lohan Headed to Jail? [POLL]

from L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept.

Lindsay Lohan has had some rough reviews recently about her acting, but worse trouble could be lurking in her Train Wreck life.

Lohan recently portrayed the legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor for the Lifetime Network movie Liz & Dick (which saw about 4 Million viewers on Nov. 25), has 3 major film projects coming to the big screen in 2013, plus a potential lawsuit for 2 things that has the 26-yr-old in trouble.

Lohan spent the morning of Nov. 29 being arrested and released for assaulting a woman at a NYC nightclub, then in the afternoon was charged with willingly resisting, obstructing, or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, providing false information to an officer, and reckless driving in relation to her June 8th Porsche crash in Santa Monica.

E! News reports that the combination of both of these incidents could send Lindsay into jail for a short stint.  Lohan has had house arrest and is currently on parole – these incidents can be considered a violation of her parole.

Lohan’s career was believed to be looking better with her starring in Scary Movie 5 next year, and working opposite Oscar winning Adrien Brody in InAPPropriate Comedy (also coming out in 2013).
