Is It Ok To Pay The Toll In—Pennies??? – [VIDEO]

If your using the tolls during your commute, your already talking about the increase in toll fees.  Many businesses that pay for transportation for their workers, have already instructed them to take another route and avoid the toll roads.  Then again, there are also some that do pay the tolls---in protest.Watch this video, as this commuter is paying his $1.50 toll charge in pennies!  While pennies are accepted, the people working the tolls highly disapprove of it.
