Wholesale retailer Costco is eyeing another location in South Jersey. Is it coming to a town near you?

Costco has reportedly been planning to open a store in Cherry Hill since 2013. But development got held up due to zoning for the adjacent Costco gas station. The proposed location would be along Route 70 west of Home Depot between Garden Park Blvd. and the AC Rail Line, according to Courier Post.

However, not everyone is eager to shop this Costco. Area residents are concerned about the size of the warehouse and how the new zoning may affect their homes, NJ.com reports.

The township planning board will host developers from Commerce Center at Cherry Hill LLC. Tuesday night as they attempt to lobby once again to push the project through.

Mt. Laurel and Manahawkin are already home to Costco.
