David Asprey created a diet that begins every morning with "Bulletproof Coffee," and it replaces the traditional cream and sugar combo.

Typically I drink my coffee with nonfat milk and sugar, some people drink it with cream and some people add cinnamon. But I came across David Asprey's way of drinking coffee called: 'Bulletproof Coffee.'

It contains:

  1. Upgraded Coffee from Guatemala
  2. Grass-Fed Butter
  3. Brain Octaine Oil

The grass-fed butter is rich with vitamins and has higher nutrients than grain-fed butter. The brain octane oil is developed by David himself, and has molecules that convert into energy, which is healthy for your brain.

The drink itself is 400 calories, and he claims that this drink including his diet will guarantee more energy and weight loss. But, BUTTER?

I had to ask some of my coworkers, and I discovered that one of my coworkers actually does drink butter with her coffee. But I think it's because she likes the taste.

Does butter in your coffee actually work? Or should I just stick to my usual all black cup of Joe?
