SoJO has been on top of every angle of the "Super Storm", and providing you updated information as it becomes available.  This update is as of 4pm on October 30th.

Let's start with Atlantic County, where the travel ban remains in effect.  Many towns in the county as you are aware are flooded or covered by sand thanks to Hurricane Sandy.  Tom Morgan from the SoJO Morning Show reports that much of Longport has its streets covered with sand.

Richard Stockton College in Galloway will remain closed through Wednesday, and not reopen until Thursday morning (at 8:30am).

Atlantic City officials are still unsure of a restoration time, or a timeline for the reopening of the city.  Estimates have 33,000 people who evacuated the area still cannot return.

Some good news to report - Lucy The Elephant in Margate made it through the storm unharmed.

In Cape May County, emergency crews have reached Wildwood.  Damage assessment is currently taking place, with the fire department surveying the flooded areas.  Multiple power lines have been report down in Wildwood - high tide yesterday seems to have caused the most damage.
