Having some trouble falling asleep at night? Use my app of the week for a little shut-eye!

My App of the Week is called 'Sleep Better!' It's an app to track your sleep, bedtime habits, and help you wake up better in the morning. Sometimes, I find it very difficult to fall asleep at night, especially after weekends. Since I've been using this app, I now realize that drinking coffee too late in the day and partying up on the weekends affects my sleep a lot!

Also since I wake up so early, I have fallen victim to power napping while watching Netflix, (not my proudest moments LOL!). So, if this happens to you, maybe you can have a better grasp on why.
