Prosecutors Seek Clues In South Jersey Housesitter’s Slaying [VIDEO]
Investigators continue to seek clues in the shooting death of a woman who was found dead this week in a southern New Jersey home where she was housesitting.
But a motive for the slaying of 54-year-old Kathleen Korbel of Gloucester Township remained unclear Saturday, one day after her body was found in another township home on Mayflower Drive.
Camden County prosecutors say Korbel was found around 5 p.m. Friday. They say she had been shot numerous times, but further details on the slaying have not been disclosed.
Authorities have not identified the people who Korbel was housesitting for or said how long she had been staying at the residence.
