‘Ghost’ in Wedding Dress Seen on South Jersey Road at Night

Wow. This is creepy. What would you do if you were driving in the middle of the night and saw a woman walking down the road wearing a full wedding dress, and carrying flowers?

Watch the video from Bill Hand who posted it on his Facebook page and YouTube (bill3313). He said the woman was walking on the side of Route 55 around exit 56 in Deptford Township at 1 o'clock in the morning!

It turns out the woman is a teen runaway from a children's services program, and is OK, according to police reports. A very creepy scene.
