Funniest New Jersey Street Sign Ever

I did a double take when I saw this sign in Absecon. I had to snap a pic!

I know what a Speed BUMP is, but not sure a Speed HUMP is something that should be done in public. Additionally, I'm not so sure if 5 m.p.h. is very speedy.
