There are many concerts coming through South Jersey this summer, but one will be an invasion on the beach in less than two week, and the kicker here is that it is FREE!

Wildwood will be swarmed by screaming fans of Kenny Chesney come June 20th, as he brings his band, a huge stage with 2 giant screens so you can see everything, and about 2 hours of great music.

Chesney is one the biggest acts in Country music today - 35 Top-3 Country hits in his career, with 21 of those reaching #1.  You probably know some of Chesney's music - one you should recognize is "When The Sun Goes Down".  That song with Uncle Kracker is his most significant Top-40 hit of his career in 2004.

Chesney chose Wildwood for this concert after passing on Seaside Heights - according to a press release, Kenny was looking to play a show by a boardwalk, and was impressed with the expansive beaches in Wildwood.

This concert is free, but the catch is you do have to get a ticket before the show.  The tickets are free, the show is sponsored by American Express, and AMEX cardholders along with Kenny Chesney Fan Club members can get tickets for this show now through Ticketmaster.

Another way to get these free tickets is by clicking here for more info.

Gates will open at 6pm for this show on Wed., June 20th - Kenny is scheduled to hit the stage around 8:25pm.  The set-up will beat the beach between Mariner’s Landing and Adventure Pier in Wildwood.
