A library in Franklin Township is back open after smoke from a mulch fire earlier this month closed it down.

This is great news for residents in Franklin Township! NJ.com reports, the library located on Coles Mill Road is now open!

On April 4th, smoldering mulch up against the building sent smoke into the library's ventilation system which caused a bit of damage. Following a thorough cleaning and air quality tests, the library is back in business with new ceiling tiles, clean carpets, and wiped down walls!

And despite all the damage caused, the books remained in tact and unharmed!

It's great that the library is reopened considering its popularity. According to NJ.com, the library gets 10,000 people in July alone.
