The 19th Annual Donny Fund Day will be held at the Yacht Club of Pleasantville on Sunday, June 9th from 8am to Noon. Challenge yourself with a 2/5 mile bay course to row, paddle, kayak or swim across Lakes Bay and 5 K walk or run along Lakes Bay. The Donny Fund Day is an open challenge for anyone who would like to participate in any activity. For all water-related activities, the course on Lakes Bay starts and finishes at the Yacht Club in Pleasantville. Any seaworthy persons or vessels are eligible! The course for walkers and runners will be a round-trip scenic course beginning at the Yacht Club, along the shores of Lakes Bay, to the end of Bay Drive, which was once the location of the Sand Castle Restaurant.
The entry fee will entitle each participant to brunch, and music on the deck, as well as a tee shirt, tank top, or hat. Long-sleeve shirts and sweatshirts will also be sold at the Yacht Club.
