Come out with Lite Rock 96.9 to experience or participate in this years annual race! Participants can begin registering at 7:00AM with the race starting at 8:00AM on Saturday, July 7th. The CONTACT Cape- Atlantic 38th Annual Avalon Miler is sponsored by the OceanFirst Foundation and will be held at the Avalon Community Hall. The event also includes a two mile walk. Refreshments and awards will immediately follow the race.
