Join SoJO 104.9 in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of The Atlantic City Rescue Mission. The Atlantic City Rescue Mission has provided clothes, food, shelter, biblical teachings and much more to the homeless for fifty years. A gala celebration will be held Thursday August 14, 2014 at the Stockton Student Center, Stockton College. Doors open at 6pm with the Buffet Dinner, Silent Auction and Program starting at 7pm. Dr. Bernice King the youngest child of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be the keynote speaker. Master of Ceremonies will be Jeff Whitaker; who has been a fixture on South Jersey television and radio. Music for the evening will be provided by local entertainer, Doug Jennings.
