There's a new food truck roaming the streets of Egg Harbor Township, and it goes by the name Bare Knuckle Cafe.

So, if you live in EHT and looking for some new food to try stop by and try their 'Sweet Memphis' signature sandwich! Shore News Today describes it as:"a tasty tortilla stuffed with slow-roasted pork and seasoned grilled vegetables and homemade sauces."

MMMM, that sounds so good right about now.

The family owned, Bare Knuckle Cafe, finally made its debut during National Night Out on  August 2 and is the first of its kind to be licensed in EHT.

In addition to their 'Sweet Memphis' sandwich, they have other delicious items on their food menu, as well as a chef's promise to only have fresh, seasonal ingredients made from scratch.

The former casino chef, Chef Ray Klein, along with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Emma consider the food truck a family and community effort. Thanks to the food truck, the family is able to work and spend quality time together.

Shore News Today mentions the food truck will be at Tony Canale Park for Under the Star's free movie night this Saturday.

Looks like I know what I'm adding to my food list next time I'm in EHT!
