This is just wrong on so many levels.

It's not everyday you see a dead whale washed ashore.  So instead of calling the proper authorities, why would anybody want to graffiti a dead animal?

A Minke whale was found washed up under Central Pier in Atlantic City covered in spray paint.  According to NBC 40, 'officials are unable to determine exactly what killed the animal, but they did bury it on the Atlantic City beach.'

Coincidentally, a dead dolphin was also found washed ashore seven blocks away, but it wasn't covered in spray paint.  Officials say if you find any animal washed up on the beach, keep your distance –and notify authorities immediately.
