No cause of death has been determined pending an autopsy, but if Amber's death is ruled a homicide, it would mark the 29th homicide in Atlantic County in 2012. reports Swigert had a criminal record, having served jail time for aggravated assault, criminal trespass and theft. She has just been released on November 23.  She was a graduate of Egg Harbor Township High School in 2002.
