It seems that the Beacon Evangelical Free Church in Galloway Township did just that. The congregation had a goal of 150 turkeys to be put together for needy families, they were 30 short. So they came together and prayed.
Today, animal protection groups are heading to court to convince a New Jersey appeals panel to halt this year's black bear hunt in its tracks. Is this the right thing to do? Or, should we continue the annual hunt to control the population?

Petey, a border collie, is probably the closest a dog has been to becoming a real-life Air Bud. With help from his owner, he learned to bounce a basketball off his snout and into a hoop.
What’s even more impressive, however, is that Petey’s actually better at volleyball. His 32 volley streak with his owner is a must-see.

Ginger, the feline version of Harry Houdini, is able to effortlessly contort himself into a tissue box seemingly smaller than his body. This cat would be quite the whiz and hide-and-go-seek.
These suburban explorers have captured on camera the most mystical of beasts — a pugicorn. And a smashing “pugicorn” she is. (Though he does not look happy.) Catch a rare sighting of this mythical beast below.
