Britney Spears Uncomfortable Moment on Camera [VIDEO]

It was an uncomfortable moment for Britney Spears when Don Phillip walked on the X-Factor stage.  At one point, Don worked with Britney ten years ago.  Don also had a hard time hearing the bad news......

While Britney seemed uncomfortable about it at first, I think she handled the situation quite well.  Don, on the hand, not so much.
