The concert has been rescheduled until October 25. Tickets will be honored on the new date.

Ticketholders from New Jersey were concerned about risking a fine by driving the 3 hours to Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut on highways that were closed by Connecticut Governor Dannl Malloy (D) to allow for cleanup of the 2+ feet of snow left behind by the Nor'easter.

However, Malloy announced via Twitter that roads in Connecticut would re-open at 4:00PM today.

New Haven's WTNH TV first reported the cancellation from Mohegan Sun CEO Mitchell Etess. Richie Sambora also tweeted the show is postponed and that "we're doin' a free show for those already here."

There's no word on Sunday night's concert scheduled for Washington DC's Verizon Center.
