If you're going to allow people under 21 to drink and gamble, you're eventually going to get caught.

Harrah's Casino was fined 60,000 dollars for doing just that.

According to NBC 40, Harrah's Casino let a 20 year-old from New York play blackjack even after a security guard checked his ID.  Despite a New York State driver's license that had the words "Under 21" stamped on it, the guard allowed the customer to go back to the table and play 55 more hands before being challenged again, and finally ejected.

Meanwhile, The Golden Nugget was also fined 6,000 dollars, simply because they didn't include the 1-800 GAMBLER message at the end of their advertisements.
