An Open Letter to our Veterans, Thank You

Be sure to take time out of your day on Sunday to thank a vet, I know I will.

Even though Veterans Day is Sunday, November 11, I feel like we should not just relegate ourselves to one day to thank our veterans. For everything they have done, have sacrificed, they deserve to be thank every day.

If it weren't for them, we would not have what we take for granted today. You have my respect, my gratitude, and my honor. For all current and former military veterans I cannot thank you enough.

Of course I can't go any further than thanking my own father, who also served this country. Thanks dad.

And to all the veterans currently serving overseas, thank you for protecting us everyday, your heroism knows no bounds.

Thank you for placing your life on the line so that we can live ours.
