Action News Anchor’s Home is for Sale for $4.9 Million [PHOTOS]

President Trump's gone on another tweeting rampage, and the Phillies have been eliminated from the playoffs before the season even begins, but the big story on Action News is...Monica Malpass' home is for sale and she wants almost $5 million for it!

Curbed Philly reports that the longtime 6ABC anchor has put her 8,200 square-foot house up for sale with an asking price of $4.9 million. Apparently, moving closer to your world, my friend pays very, very well.

So what do you get for your $5mil? The 1865 home in Philly's always trendy Rittenhouse Square features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, 2 half-baths, and nine fireplaces.

Malpass, who has been with 6ABC Philadelphia since 1988, purchased the property in 2005. Additions under her watch include a solarium, a two-level deck and a third floor gym//basketball court. That's pretty cool, huh?  But is it $5 million worth of cool?
