Accident Shuts Down Tilton Road in Northfield

A stretch of Tilton Road in Northfield has been partially closed while authorities work to clear an accident.

Several ambulances and police vehicles remain on the scene just outside of Wendy's in the vicinity of Burton Avenue.  It appears to be a multi-vehicle collision, possible involving a truck.  Both northbound lanes and the median lane near Tilton Beauty are blocked. All traffic is being diverted away from and around the crash site by Northfield police.  We have no current reports of injuries.
