The lineup for the 2012 Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival brings Sliders and Sushi, BBQ and Brews, from White Zinfandel to mystery samples of the grape, and some of the biggest names from The Food Network.

From July 26th through July 29th, the group of hotels that make up Caesar's Entertainment (Bally's, The Showboat, Harrah's and of course Caesars) will host a variety of events to make your inner Foodie savor with delight.  The Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival will feature cooking demonstrations, book signings, wine tastings, food battles, music entertainment, and 4 celebrity chefs from The Food Network family.

Anne Burrell is the 3-time winner of The Worst Cooks In America, proving she can train anyone to cook - could explain why her book " Cook Like A Rock Star" has been on the New York Times best sellers list since October.  Since her debut in 2005 on Iron Chef as sous chef for Mario Batali, Burrell has been seen a great deal on the network - her weekly cooking show "Secrets Of a Restaurant Chef" has been on for 4 years.

Aaron Sanchez is a judge on Chopped (my favorite show on The Food Network) and one of this country's elite chefs in the world of Latin Cuisine.  Sanchez's name has not made it on the festival's website yet, but Marc Berman of NJ.com got the scoop on Aaron's participation earlier today.

Andrew Zimmern is more than just Bizarre Foods on the Travel Channel (part of The Food Network family).  He has shown his cooking skills inside "Kitchen Stadium" of Iron Chef, has been an award winning food reporter and TV host.  Andrew will host the Poolside Launch Party to kick the festival off on July 26th at Harrah's.

Robert Irvine has root to South Jersey having lived in Absecon last decade.  The head chef/ host of Dinner: Impossible, and the leader of the even more popular Restaurant Impossible (changing a failing restaurant in 48 Hrs. and with just $10,000), Irvine brings his unique style (and his "guns" as Alton Brown has said in the past when Robert has appeared on Iron Chef) to this amazing event which also features Tom Colicchio from Top Chef on Bravo, and Jersey's own Buddy Valastro (The Cake Boss from Hoboken and TLC - his shop is worth the drive to North Jersey).

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online at www.acfoodandwine.com, or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-736-1420.  Prices will vary by event.
