Yeah, it's September now. Kids are heading back to school and pumpkin spice goodies are already on every shelf, but that doesn't mean summer is over! The official first day of Fall is Sept. 22. So here's a list of 10 South Jersey events to enjoy before we officially say goodbye to summer!

    Sea Isle City Food Truck Festival

    Sept 8-10 - The 4th Annual Sea Isle City Food Truck Festival is coming back with 20 food trucks, live entertainment, crafters and games. Take the whole family (including your pet!) for a delicious day of fun!

    Atlantic City Seafood Festival

    Sept. 9-10 - This foodie destination will have food contests, cooking demos, musical performances by The B Street Band and Badfish, a Sublime Tribute band, and of course, the tastiest seafood Atlantic City has to offer! Yes please! For tickets and more info, visit their website.

    Doggie Dash at Morey's Pier

    Sept. 9 - Here's one for you doggie lovers to get some quality time and exercise with your furry pals. For the first time at Morey's Pier in Wildwood, you and your dog can race side by side on the Wildwood beaches for the 5K and 1 mile race! How awesome is that?? If you don't have a dog, it's cool.     2018 Miss America "Show Us Your Shoes" Parade

    Sept. 9 - This is one of the most fun and traditional events leading up the 2018 Miss America competition, which is being held in our very own Atlantic City this month! Starting at 5:00 PM, pageant contestants will be parading by the Atlantic City Boardwalk, showing off their uniquely gorgeous shoes that are decorated with things their state is known for!

    Wine Fest NJ 2017

    Sept. 16-17- The 16th Annual Wine Fest held at Valenzano Vintner’s Pavilion in Shamong, NJ will be a wine-lover's dream with over 110 wines available to sample, music and entertainment, food from local restaurants, pony rides for the kids, and more! Visit their website for ticket info!

    St. Anthony's Italian Festival - Glassboro

    Sept. 16 - A big ol' Italian-style outdoor festival in Glassboro with lots of food, cultural exhibits, carnival games, and live entertainment! A free event for everyone to enjoy all day 2-10 PM.
