**TIP:  LET YOUR TURKEY REST AT LEAST 20 MINUTES AFTER REMOVING IT FROM THE OVEN.  IF YOU CUT IT RIGHT AWAY, THE JUICES WILL RUN AND DRY OUT THE BIRD.
